Shipping Details
How to Calculate Ship Time
Your shipping time starts the day after your order ships. Example: If your order ships on Monday and you choose 2-day shipping, it should arrive by Wednesday.
Pick-Up Orders
Need to pick up your order? No problem!

Allow 1 extra business day after production for your order to be ready. You’ll get an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
Production Details
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Shipping time and production time are separate! To estimate your total delivery time, add both together.
How to Calculate Production Time
Your production time starts once your order is approved, paid, and processed.

Orders processed by 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET start production the same day.

Orders processed after 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET start production the next business day.

Any file issues or payment delays may push back your timeline.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and all national & federal holidays. Orders placed or approved during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Rush Orders
Rush production is available on select products at an additional cost.

Orders must be placed by 5 AM PT / 8 AM ET and fully approved/paid by 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET the same day.

Some products and sizes may not qualify for rush production.
Shipping & Production Holidays
During peak holiday seasons (November 20 – January 10) and all national & federal holidays, production time may take up to 2 extra business days due to higher order volumes.
